QUICKOM Unifies Two Apps for Better User Experience

We believe in continually striving for a better user experience. That’s why in this edition, we’ll let you in on a sneak peak of the new and improved QUICKOM app version coming your way next week!

Wave goodbye to the QUICKOM Call Center app as we are unifying QUICKOM and QUICKOM Call Center apps to provide a new and compact one-app user experience. We also have a number of performance updates for you in this bumper crop issue, so let’s get to it.

First of all, we offer additional flex to save you from the hassle of toggling between QUICKOM and QUICKOM Call Center to enable a more intuitive and uniform user experience, with a range of streamlined functions, including Personal Communication and Call Center. 

But there’s a lot more to look forward to in this new app release. The new QUICKOM one-app experience is rich with improvements, including improved speed, and better quality and stability when making video/voice calls. Additionally, we have made general language improvements to the app and fixed minor bugs. 

Importantly, we’re bringing it all together with a new app version for macOS, in addition to the existing iOS, Android, and Windows versions. Now you can use QUICKOM on any device, wherever your day takes you!
